Note: X = Variable (1 – n where n is eternity)

If you consider, when you say something consciously, knowing all you say is what you know.

If you consider, what you’ve said again, consciously going over what you said, from time to time, checking if your knowing has changed.

If you read and if it resonates with what you know you feel still (within)

If you read and if it doesn’t resonate with what you know you feel a movement (within)

If you take the movement as a doubt, or fear, and take it through your knowing, and if the doubt or fear is cleared resolved and not stored, until the next movement

You consider yourself perfectly still

Even if you must:

You consider your knowing instilled in stillness
